James Comes from a family of appraisers, including 2 brothers, a sister that’s an SRA, and his father. Mr. Ebert has assisted over 400 families with sometimes complex and emotional changes, by providing iron-clad and rock-solid reports that most often are accepted by both sides, saving time and money.
As a courtroom and litigation specialist, he is approved by most Superior Courts in California. James also serves as an architectural and historical expert for unique, custom built and high value properties in Malibu, Pasadena, and Silverlake. He has assisted families in San Diego, Santa Barbara, as well as upstate New York, Chicago’s Miracle Mile, Denver, and even Puerto Rico.
As an affiliate member of the Ventura County Bar Association and San Fernando Valley Bar Association, james has been celebrated at Appraisal Institute Seminars, as well as having taught over 1000 Realtors, in over 25 local offices. He has passed the rigorous California State Probate Referee requirements.
